Kibbles
Tragically Kibbles slipped his collar and wandered away from the TPAAHS
office and despite everyone's efforts to find him, he was picked up by the
dogcatcher and destroyed without contacting us. The entire society mourns
for this lovable and gentle soul and to those people who wanted to adopt
him, thank you for your kindness.
Canuck: Crossed the Rainbow Bridge
Sadly, Julie/Canuck had to be put down this
past week. She was suffering from a very serious ear infection that had
gone untreated for a long time and by the time she was rescued and
received the care she so desperately needed, it was too late. Our
heartfelt thanks goes out to Chandra Bosonac. Chandra fostered Julie
and comforted her as long as she could. Chandra's generous donation in
Julie's memory is gratefully accepted.
There are too many stories like Julie's...please help us to prevent any
more tragedies...report any lost or abused animal and support our
society whenever and however you can.
7 month old black lab cross puppy female, unspayed.
She is very
friendly and quiet. Sadly Canuck is quite thin and needs some TLC to bring
her back to shiny bouncy playfulness.
Blueberry and Banana Put Down…14 wk old male kittens, along with their siblings, Yeichi and Ramona found locked in carrier abandoned at the dump. They are feisty and full of fun and have adjusted well to life in the shelter but now need their own homes.
Ramona…14 wk old kitten, remainder of litter found in dump. Solid silver blue shorthair, lovely face, very bubbly and playful. Would make a good mouser.
Put Down
Cinder…Put Down 3 month old not neutered male, jet black sleek short hair, friendly and playful.
Missy…Put Down adult not spayed female cat. New to the shelter, Missy has worked hard to fit in but needs to be spayed and adopted so she can focus her love on one lucky person.
